Held from 12–13 May 2026 at La Sala, Poble Espanyol in Barcelona, Spain, this landmark event stood as the first-ever global conference dedicated entirely to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

During her session, "Decentralised Clinical Trials: Overcoming Challenges and Embracing Opportunities," Dr Florescu Moraid provided a practical look at how the shift towards patient-centric, decentralised trial designs impacts clinical monitoring. She addressed the essential new skills, operational friction points, and unique oversight opportunities created when clinical research moves directly into the patient's home.
